Perhaps you would like to join us as a Community Disability Practitioner with one of our 24-hour support homes or with our Supported Independent Living team. You’ll be guiding individuals out from the margins and into the heart of their communities:
Overseeing and supporting residents in meeting their health and medical needs
Modelling and coaching life skills and social skills
Be a key advocate for their rights and abilities in the community
Assist individuals to attend a range of events from concerts, to dinner theatres, to festivals and local attractions

As a Team Manager or Team Leader you can gain desirable management experience coordinating staff, activities, and medical appointments.
